Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
MORNING:
Welcome to Montreal! After the check-in, we will be meeting up around a welcome cocktail at The Fairmont Hotel Queen Elizabeth (or similar). Your sommelier guide will present to you the tour and will answer any of your questions.

AFTERNOON:
Immerse yourself in the vibrant downtown of Montreal through a complete sightseeing tour: The Old Montreal and the Old Port, Marché Bonsecours, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Jacques Cartier Bridge, Mount Royal lookout, McGill University. Stroll in the famous underground shopping galleries from Eaton Centre.​ Dinner and overnight at the hotel

Day 2
MORNING:
We depart to the Eastern Townships, stopping first at the Domaine des Cotes d’Ardoise in Dunham, the most ancient commercial vineyard in Quebec, created in 1980. Learn the history of this pioneer winery, discover the unique hybrid grape varietals able to resist the polar temperatures in the winter and taste the fruity and vibrant white, rosé, red and sweet wines.
​
We continue to the winery’s neighbour a few hundred meters distance with Vignoble de l’Orpailleur, another pioneer winery founded in 1982. We will visit the vineyards, taste a selection of the Classic and Signature wines and we will have lunch the winery’s restaurant Le Tire-Bouchon.
​
AFTERNOON:
We depart on another short ride to the Domaine du Ridge located in Saint-Armand just 10km distance. Created in 1996, the winery is one of the flagship family estate wineries in Quebec, offering craft wines from local varietals. We will attend “Le Curieux” tasting workshop for a full wine immersion.
Second winery of the afternoon, we head to a jewel of winery, Chateau Sainte-Agnès in Sutton, close to the Canada-US border. With a beautiful neo-Renaissance castle, the estate has a unique stone Roman chapel on site (Chapelle Sainte-Agnès). After a visit of the estate, we will taste the estate’s selection of very limited hand-crafted wines.
​
Later in the afternoon we depart to Sherbrooke for a good hour scenic drive across the Eastern Townships. We will check-in at the Delta by Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Sherbrooke (or similar) where will have dinner and enjoy a relaxing overnight.

Day 3
MORNING:
After the breakfast at the hotel, we depart to Mount Orford (30km/16mi) to take the gondola up to the summit for a breath-taking panoramic view above the region and the countryside.
Down from the summit, we depart to Quebec City for a 2.5 hours road trip (257km/160mi)

AFTERNOON:
We arrive at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac Hotel (or similar) in Quebec City and check-in. After the road trip, a gourmet lunch is awaiting us at the restaurant Le Champlain. Then we spend a relaxing afternoon exploring the Old City by foot, the Terrasse Dufferin and its scenic views above the Saint-Lawrence River, The Citadel, Quartier du Petit Champlain.
​
For a great view of Cape Diamant and the entire Old Quebec City, we take the ferry to the city of Levis across the St-Lawrence for a quick roundtrip.
​
Enjoy some free time for the rest of the afternoon and early evening window shopping in the Old City and strolling along the Grande Allee. If you prefer relaxing at the Moment Spa of Chateau Frontenac (extra fees apply) or take a relaxing swim in the beautiful pool, you are welcome to do so.
​
Dinner will take place in elevation at the Ciel! Bistro Bar, the revolving panoramic restaurant on the 28th floor of Hotel Le Concorde offering stunning views above Quebec City and its surroundings. The restaurant is located at walking distance from Chateau Frontenac through the streets of the Old City.

Day 4
MORNING:
After a gourmet breakfast at Chateau Frontenac, we head to the Montmorency Fall (12km) where we will take the gondola and have a breath-taking walk above the second most iconic fall in Canada and its 70m high fall (higher than the 55m of Niagara Falls). We head back down to the bus and continue to the Ile d’Orleans to start another local wine tour with Ile de Bacchus winery. We will have a guided visit of the winery, a private tasting session followed by the lunch at the winery.

AFTERNOON:
We continue to the next winery, Vignoble & Distillerie de Sainte-Petronille where we will have a private tour and tasting.
​
A relaxing walk on the Saint-Lawrence River shore contemplating Cape Diamant and the Old City of Quebec City in the far background will lead us to make a stop at the Chocolaterie de l’Ile d’Orleans, a local artisanal chocolate factory that will awaken your sweet tooth. If time allows, we will make a short stop for a local cider tasting at the Ile d’Orleans cidery, we will then head back to Quebec City
​
We will have a fine dining dinner experience at Le Champlain restaurant inside Chateau Frontenac before we spend a second night at the Chateau.

Day 5
MORNING:
After the gourmet continental breakfast, we will depart to Jean Lesage Airport from where we will take off on a 1.20 hours flight to Toronto Pearson airport. Upon arrival, we get in our new private minibus and head to downtown Toronto.
​
What better view can we get than going up 360m high to the top of the CN Tower to contemplate this impressive metropolis from above. We will visit the CN Tower museum before we get to the panoramic restaurant for lunch.
​
AFTERNOON:
If time and weather allow, we can have a short walk along Lake Ontario promenade before we depart to the Niagara Peninsula. We will have a 1.5 hours drive before we arrive in the jewel of a town, Niagara-on-the-Lake and we check-in at the Queen’s Landing Hotel (or similar). From the hotel, your guide will take you for a nice walk along the Niagara River and the historical village of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Exploring and shopping will be on the program until dinner time. We will have a casual gourmet dinner at The Old Winery Restaurant before we head back to the hotel.

Day 6
MORNING:
After a good continental breakfast, we will drive a few minutes to one of the first and most famous wineries in the Niagara wine history, Inniskillin Vineyards. A private tour and tasting will await us. Created in 1975, Inniskillin Vineyards is the “birth place” of the famous Ontario icewine. Our guide will provide you with a wealth of historical facts and icewine making technics.
​
We then continue to a neighbour winery still in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, another pioneer and flagship winery created in 1969, Peller Estate Winery, a family estate winery that became an important actor in the Canadian wine industry. A private guided tour and tasting will await us before we have a delicious fine dining lunch prepared by Chef Jason Parson at Peller’s Winery Restaurant.
​
AFTERNOON:
After lunch we head to Jackson Triggs Winery, another pioneer winery in the province. Their multiple times awarded Reserve Shiraz wines will make you fall in love with this grape varietal. We will also taste their sinfully delicious famous Riesling and Reserve Cabernet Franc icewines.
​
To relax after this intense agenda, we will head to Niagara Falls (20 min drive) and stroll along the Falls on the Canadian side (the most impressive side!). After a good stroll on the Niagara Falls promenade we will walk towards The Fallsview Restaurant at the Hilton Hotel for a spectacular dinner above the Falls illuminated at night. An unforgettable experience!

After dinner we will drive back to The Queens Landing Hotel.
Day 7
MORNING:
After a delicious continental breakfast at the hotel, this last day in the Niagara Pensinsula is reserving you another great thrill. First we depart towards Chateau des Charmes in St-David’s on a short 20 minute drive. A private guided tour & tasting will await us in this magnificent property.
​
We will head then towards Vineland Estate Winery on a 25 minute drive where a private tour of the vineyards and the property will be offered along with a wine tasting lunch on their scenic patio with Lake Ontario on the background and vineyards at your feet.
​
AFTERNOON:
After lunch it will be time to take off from the winery’s grounds on an amazing 30 minute helicopter tour over the Niagara Falls and the Niagara wine region. You will enter the American airspace to fly above both falls, American and Canadian. The famous Horseshoe Fall will surround you a couple of thousand feet below.
​
Back to Vineland on helicopter, we will depart to Domaine Queylus in Saint Anns, less than 10 minutes drive where famous and multi awarded Canadian Chief winemaker Thomas Bachelder will welcome us and offer us a private tour and tasting. Thomas Bachelder is considered as one of the greatest specialist of Burgundian varietals such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With Thomas you will taste mouth-blowing Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs which are ranked among the top wines in their category in North America.
​
We will end this rich day with a gourmet dinner on the shore of Lake Ontario at the Lake House Restaurant in Saint-Catharines before we head back to the Queen’s Landing for our last night in Niagara.
Day 8
MORNING:
An early morning check out before we drive 1.5 hours back to Toronto Pearson Airport. We will take off to Kelowna, BC for an approximate 4.5 hours flight. Landing in the main city of the Okanagan Valley, we will get in our local private minibus to get to the Delta Hotel Okanagan Grand Resort (or similar) in Kelowna. We will have a little break to check-in and relax before we head for lunch at Oak & Cru Social Kitchen & Wine Bar in Kelowna, a must go dining place in the region.

AFTERNOON:
After lunch, we will head to Summerhill Pyramid Winery, an emblematic winery in the region where a private guided tour & tasting will await us.
​
We will continue to a neighbour and many times awarded winery, Cedar Creek Winery for a guided tour, tasting and dinner at Home Block Restaurant of the winery ,we will head back to the Delta Hotel for the night.
Day 9
MORNING:
After a delicious continental breakfast at the hotel and check-out, we depart to St Hubertus & Oak Bay Estate Winery, the oldest winery of the region, where we will get a private guided tour and tasting.
​
We continue to the impressive and famous Mission Hill Estate Winery where we will have a private guided tour, tasting of the signature wines followed by lunch at the Terrace Restaurant in the winery offering stunning views over the Okanagan Lake. In your plate you will taste all local delicacies crafted by talented Chef Patrick Gayler.
​
AFTERNOON:
After lunch we depart to the Naramata Bench wine region for a good hour drive and stop at the boutique winery The Lang Vineyards, one of the pioneer family estate wineries in the area. A private guided visit and tasting will await us, a winery renowned for their subliminal cool climate monovarietal wines such as Riesling, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris.
​
We then continue to Penticton and we check-in at The Penticton Lakeside Resort Hotel (or similar) on the Okanagan Lake shore.
​
Some time to relax and moments later to have a nice dinner at the hotel.

Day 10
MORNING:
After a comforting continental breakfast at the hotel, we check-out and depart on a short 15 minute drive to the historical Kettle Valley Winery on the Naramata Bench where a private guided tour and wine tasting await us. Immerse yourself in the local history of the Kettle Valley railroad back to early 20th century. Expect to taste a nice range of wines from the whites to the reds, monovarietal and blended wines.​
​
We stay on the Bench and pursue our tour to another awarded winery a few minutes drive away, Lake Breeze Winery, where we will spend the late morning with a private guided tour and tasting followed by the lunch at The Patio Restaurant in the winery with another scenic view on the Okanagan Lake.
​
AFTERNOON:
After lunch, we leave Naramata Bench to the second lake of the Valley, Skaha Lake, where Painted Rock Estate Winery, was built by the John & Tish Skinner in 2004 on the Skaha Bench. A private guided tour and tasting of the most iconic wines of the valley, such as the Red Icon Meritage blend red wine is THE wine not to be missed.
​
We continue to Blue Mountain Estate Winery, the most photographed vineyards of the valley with their unique scenic views. The Mavety Family will offer us a private guided tour & tasting of their awarded Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs and sparkling Brut wine.
​
After the visit, we head South for a good hour drive towards the Nk’mip Cellars in Osoyoos and its Spirit Ridge guesthouse. Nk’mip Vineyard is 100% First Nations run winery of the valley. Located in the reservation of the Osoyoos Community, expect to see road signs in Osoyoos language!
​
We check in at Nk’mip Spirit Ridge Resort (or similar) before we get to a great wine tasting followed by a dinner at Nk’mip Restaurant, overlooking Osoyoos Lake with a great sunset on the background.

Day 11
MORNING:
After a tasty continental breakfast at the resort and check-out, we depart to Le Vieux Pin Winery, an iconic winery located in Oliver 25 minutes’ drive from Osoyoos. A private guided tour & tasting of their signature wines will be offered.
​
We continue to ward the Golden Mile area and arrive at Tinhorn Creek Estate Winery, guided tour, tasting and lunch at the Miradoro Restaurant in the winery.
​
AFTERNOON:
​After lunch we depart to Checkmate Artisanal Estate Winery, Canada’s first 100 points rated wines. An impressive guided tour & tasting await us in a modern design winery building. Their wine crafted by talented winemaker Spencer Kelly will blow your mind.
​
We continue to Burrowing Owl Estate Winery for guided tour of their grounds and vineyard and their unique burrowing owl nursery. A beautiful tasting of their premium range wines will follow.
​
Time then to leave Oliver and head back to Kelowna and check-in again at the Delta Hotel, Grand Okanagan Resort, Kelowna (or similar). A bit of time off to relax at the hotel (spa and pool available) before we go to the hotel’s restaurant for dinner.

Day 12
MORNING:
After a nice continental breakfast at the hotel and check out, we head back to Kelowna airport for a 45 minutes flight towards Vancouver airport. We meet our local driver and private minibus who will take us to the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel (or similar) in downtown Vancouver and we will check-in upon arrival. We will have the rest of the morning off to relax on the sea shore in Vancouver or at the hotel and we will take a nice walk in the Coal Harbour district between the seashore and high-rise luxury glass condo towers, heading to Cardero’s Restaurant for lunch. Cardero’s is a restaurant on stilts right in Coal Harbour’s marina.​
​
AFTERNOON:
​Back to the bus after lunch for a sightseeing tour in Vancouver including Downtown, Gastown, Stanley Park, English Bay, Jericho Beach, Granville Island.
​
Next, a 30 minute seaplane flight from Coal Harbour above the North Shore Mountain, the Howe Sound and Bowen Island is offered in option and if the weather allows.
​
We will then embark on the Vancouver Seabus to reach the North Shore and Lonsdale Quay for a panoramic view of Vancouver. Time to relax and enjoy the view. The nearby Lonsdale Quay market offer a nice variety of food and souvenir shops. A short distance walk on the historical shipyards district will take us to the Pier 7 seafood Restaurant for a nice fine dining dinner. We will take the Seabus back to Vancouver on night time and a short walk back to the Fairmont Hotel.

Day 13
MORNING:
After a tasty continental breakfast at the hotel we depart to the Fraser Valley, the second largest wine region in British Columbia, to visit the most ancient winery, Domaine de Chaberton Winery where we will enjoy a private guided tour & tasting. We continue to the Heritage town of Fort Langley where we will stroll in the historic streets among antique stores and fashion design stores. We will have a casual and tasty lunch at Rail & River Bistro
​
AFTERNOON:
​We depart to Langley and stop at one of the most famous wineries in the region, Township 7 Winery. A private guided tour & tasting await us. We will then return to Vancouver where you will have the rest of the afternoon free.
​
We will have an End of Tour celebration cocktail at the hotel to share each other’s experience over these past two weeks, followed by a fine dining dinner at the hotel before we spend the last night of the tour at the Fairmont.

MORNING:
